Bev is the former President of Women's Council of REALTORS® (1995-96) Coastal Delmarva Chapter. She was named the "2000 REALTOR® MEMBER OF THE YEAR" for the Coastal Delmarva Chapter. She has previous background in marketing. Bev lists and sells property in Ocean Pines, Ocean City, Berlin, Bishopville and surrounding areas in Worcester and Wicomico Counties, Maryland as well as Virginia's Eastern Shore.

Ed has 35 years experience in commercial and residential construction and served as President of a steel fabricating firm. He is a construction consultant and has helped many families build the home of their dreams. Ed holds licenses in MD & VA.

Bernie's background is in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance specializing in Habitational & Recreational Properties as well as Property Management in PA & MD. Bernie holds real estate licenses in Maryland & Virginia and has attained the NAR Diversity Mark and HUD's "One America" Mark; she also serves as the team administrator.
